Payments are verified and funds taken from your account straight away.

The order will be cancelled and you will be notified accordingly.

We endeavour to make sure that stock levels on our website are updated regularly, but for some items, particularly those that are on promotion or are very popular, we can often sell out of stock quickly. We apologise for the inconvenience.

Each of our unique design 10 Showrooms are independently operated and offer a curated collection of Kitchen, Bathroom and Laundry products. Flooring and Cladding are now available at selected Showrooms in Melbourne, Geelong and Hobart only.

Our design 10 Showrooms come in different shapes and sizes, and with such a vast array of products available, it is not possible for every product to be displayed in all our Showrooms.

Refunds & Exchanges

Please contact the Showroom where you purchased your item for assistance with any faults, repairs or other issues. If you purchased your item online, then please contact our Customer Care team via phone, email or live chat (see details below).

If your purchase has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying it and has a major fault, you choose the remedy – refund, exchange, repair or compensation. If there is a minor fault, the item will be repaired or replaced at the showroom's discretion.
