We have Design Consultants who are happy to help you. Our creative staff have been hand-picked from the best in the industry and they are passionate about what they do. Our Design Consultants have extensive product knowledge and design expertise to ensure you get the best advice and assistance.
3. We don't use automated bots.
Chat to our real human Customer Care team online. All online orders are handled by our staff at our showroom in Coffs Harbour, processing and shipping deliveries all over Australia. They work closely with our suppliers and our other showrooms to provide you with personal service via email, phone or live chat on our website.
4. We don't have a Head Office.
Our showrooms are independently operated, and act like a family. We employ our staff based on their quality, style and industry experience, then we fully equip them with all of the tools, knowledge and support they need to do their job. We know every Design 10 team member is capable, creative and customer-focused, so we don't need lots of managers supervising them.
5. We don't offer a one-size-fits-all.
Every showroom is unique and carries a selected range of products. We are currently located in Coffs Harbour, Orange, Melbourne, Geelong and Hobart. Each location offers its own curated collection of design products to suit the different climate and community in their region.
6. We don't sell poor quality items.
We only supply the best products from reputable brands. We want to make sure you get value for money, long lasting quality, and complete satisfaction with any items you purchase from Design 10. You won't find cheap imitations for designer products in any of our showrooms or online store.
7. We don't carry over-priced stock.
We offer a range of design products to suit any style and budget. Whether you are making a small change or a big investment, you will find an affordable collection of the latest products to choose from. We believe its worth spending more to enjoy a few luxuries in life, but you deserve to pay a reasonable price as well.
8. We don't have unhappy staff.

AND... our Design Consultants are totally free of charge! We want you to design with confidence and style so we are happy to share our expertise, product knowledge and industry insights with you.
