Shipping policy

 

Bulky Items - 

Heavy items such as Baths, Large Vanities, Large Mirrored Cabinets, Basins, Toilets and Appliances will incur additional shipping costs. 

Heavy items such as Baths, Large Vanities, Large Mirrored Cabinets and Appliances will only be delivered to your street address by our courier service. You will be required to assist (suggest two mature adults) if you have stairs or you live in a unit complex. 

Toilet Seats - 

Due to hygienic reasons, Design 10 will NOT accept ANY returns for toilet seats, subject to Australian Consumer Law. Please ensure you check dimensions and model are correct to what you require before ordering. 

Back Orders - 

Some items can be on backorder; please allow up to 3 to 4 weeks for back-ordered items. 

Coloured Tapware could take 12 to 14 weeks to produce. 

Custom Vanity Units - 

Custom ADP, MARQUIS AND TIMBERLINE Vanities have a 3 to 4-week build time. Please advise us on colours and handles once the order has been received. Our Custom Organic Timber Vanities have a build time of up to 8 weeks. 

Third-Party Freight Services - 

We Use TNT and Australia Post for all our shipping; you will receive a tracking number once it is shipped. 

WE DO NOT SHIP TO ISLANDS in Australia except Tasmania, and we can provide a quote once the order has been received. 

Please note sometimes, shipping takes longer than expected, which can be beyond our control. Please factor this in when making your purchase. 

Please Note - If the item is returned to us, a re-shipping charge will occur if you still require the goods. Design 10 will find the most competitive shipping rate possible and require the consumer to pay for the required re-delivery.

All goods must be checked for damages or missing items within 24 hours of receiving them. After this time, no claim for damaged goods or missing items will be accepted. 

Damaged Goods 

  • Design 10 must be notified within 24 hours of the acceptance of the goods, and the extent of the damage needs to be confirmed with the design 10 Customer Care Team. 
  • Clear Photos are required of both the box and the damage to the product. 

All damage claims will be handled on a case-by-case basis. 

Damage claims reported outside of the 24-hour bracket will, unfortunately, be rejected.
